The year has got off to a good start - we have had our first Eco Committee meetings and have organised a work group to take part in the annual Environmental Review and Action Plan.

The Eco Committee members are being very proactive this year and have appointed two Light Monitors for each class to ensure lights are turned off when the classroom is empty for any length of time.

The new Compost Caddy Crew is up and running and we've already had a winner for the Eco Warrior Cup award.

As mentioned above we have also received our new Green Flag from Eco-Schools which proves how hard our Eco Warriors work to protect the environment all year round! 😊🌿♻️

As pupils have continued to demonstrate outstanding leadership in championing sustainability and inspiring meaningful environmental action across their school and wider community. Their passion, creativity and commitment to creating positive environmental impact have once again been recognised with the award of Eco‑Schools Green Flag accreditation. This proves how hard our Eco Warriors work to protect the environment all year round! 😊🌿♻️
